BAHAN-BAHAN :
- ayam yang dipotong 4-5 ketul (saiz terpulang)
 - garam kunyit secukupnya
 - minyak untuk menggoreng
 - 1/2 biji bawang besar -hiris nipis
 - 2 ulas bawang puting- mayang
 - 1cm halia- cincang halus
 - kicap pekat manis secukupnya(jenama pilih la yang mana anda suka)
 - 2-3 biji cili padi- potong dua
 - 1-2 batang cili hijau
 
- bersihkan ayam yang tekag anda potong tadi
 - Lumurkan ayam dengan garam kunyit dan goreng sehingga 2/3 masak. Kemudian ketepikan
 - Ambil dua sudu besar minyak lebihan goreng ayam tadi. Tumiskan bawang besar, bawang putih, halia dan cili sampai naik bau.
 - Kemudian masukkan kicap dan ayam. Goreng sampai ayam masak.
 - Akhir sekali kalau suka cili hijau bolehlah hiris cili hijau dan masukkan ke dalam ayam. Goreng sekejap dan padamkan api.
 - Siap untuk dimakan.
